Divine Resort Day Visitor Booking Policy:
Thank you for choosing Divine Resort for your day visit. To ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience, please take note of our Day Visitor Booking Policy:
- Booking Procedure:
- Day visitors must make reservations at least a week in advance.
- Contact our reservation team via WhatsApp at +256 770 674 066 to inquire about availability and make your booking.
- Confirmation:
- A 50% deposit is required to confirm your day visit booking.
- Confirmation is considered complete upon the receipt of the deposit.
- Check-In and Check-Out Time:
- Day visitors may check in from 9:00 AM onwards.
- Check-out time is at 9:00 PM.
- Payment Methods:
- We accept payment via bank transfer, mobile money, and cash.
- Refund Policy:
- There are no refunds for the deposit made to confirm the day visit booking.
- Resort Access:
- Day visitors have access to all resort areas, except those designated for resident guests.
- Restricted areas include the pool area, guest cottages, and Adventure Park.
- Terms and Conditions:
- All resort terms and conditions apply to day visitors.
- Any breach of resort rules may result in expulsion from the premises.
PHOTOGRAPHY POLICY
NON RESIDENTS
Photography goes for 600,000 as venue charge if you are using your own or our own photographer. If you are to dine with us, you will be required to pay a charge of 350k to use your own photographer. The price of our photographer is standard with or without meals. Photography is only allowed from Monday to Thursday.
Please note. Cameras are not allowed in the resort premises unless otherwise
RESIDENTS
Photography goes for 450,000 as venue charge if you are using our photographer. If you are to bring your own photographer, you will be required to pay a charge of 200K.
Please note; Residents are allowed to carry their own personal cameras if they will. Photography is only all days of the week except Saturday.
ACCESS
Road Transport: Embark on a scenic journey through Mukono – Katosi road, then take the enchanting turn to MPATTA. Enjoy a delightful 20KM drive from the main Katosi road to reach the idyllic Divine Resort. Navigate with ease using the shared pin that will be provided when you’re ready to embark on this picturesque adventure along Maram Road.
Water Transport: For a truly unique and enjoyable experience, opt for water transport, especially if you’re journeying from town. Head to Ggaba, conveniently located near Kampala University, at the renowned Beach House. Here, our awaiting boat promises not just transportation but a delightful experience.
The boat ride to the resort takes a mere 5-15 minutes, offering a swift and scenic journey that perfectly complements the serene ambiance awaiting you at Divine Resort. Choose the type of boat that suits your preferences, and let the aquatic adventure begin!
