BOOKING POLICY

To ensure a seamless and unforgettable wedding experience, we kindly request that clients book their wedding at least 4 months in advance. This allows us ample time to make all necessary arrangements and preparations.

In order to secure your preferred date, a non-refundable deposit of 3.5 million shillings is required. This deposit will be deducted from the total cost of your wedding package.
Please note that the remaining balance must be settled 30 days prior to the wedding date.

CANCELLATION POLICY

In the unfortunate event that you need to cancel your wedding at our resort, please take note of our cancellation policy:

If the cancellation is made more than 90 days prior to the wedding date, you will receive a 50% refund of the deposit you made to secure the reservation.
For cancellations made between 30-90 days before the wedding, a 25% refund of the deposit will be provided.
Cancellations within 30 days of the wedding date are non-refundable, as we have already made extensive preparations to ensure your special day is perfect

Had the most beautiful, serene, life-changing experience here. This place is amazing & their attention to detail is impeccable. Sandra(our host) was incredibly kind, she even gave me a blanket when I was cold at dinner. There is r&b/afro love music playing 24/7, this place is for the real lovers. Simon, Liam and all the staff were so friendly, funny and took 1000s of pics of us from every angle. I appreciate how much intention went into making this experience beautiful for us, it was even better than anticipated.

Not only did they provide excellent recommendations from the menu, but they also went above and beyond to ensure that we had everything we needed throughout the meal. Their professionalism, friendliness, and genuine care for their customers truly set them apart. Thank you, Fabian, for making our evening memorable and enjoyable. Had the best day in my life so far. The boat ride to and fro, the food, drinks, pool, jet ski. I just can't mention enough. The service from our steward Ryan...... the best! Sad I had to leave back to Nairobi bit definitely will be back. The fish!!!! 😲

Divine Resort is the most beautiful place I've ever been to, beautiful in every aspect of the word. What was meant to be a two night stay turned out to be a 5 day stay because it is intoxicating!I highly appreciate the complimentary massage and sunset boat cruise as a present from the management! That made me feel appreciated and loved.Lastly our butler Ryan was as good as gold! A very helpful young man who made the stay more special.I will definitely come back here and highly recommend the place.

5 days at this beautiful resort is the most beautiful time my partner and I have had in Uganda.The staff are extremely helpful, friendly, polite and ready to assist you with anything!Ryan is exceptional…. He made our stay so worthwhile that we had to go back and even when our days ran out, we extended an extra day! He is a very happy person, humble and very helpful. The views are unreal, the resort is very clean and the rooms are simply divine! The food is cooked to perfection, and this is coming from a fussy foodie! The chef does a fantastic job with the meals.The activities at the resort are suitable for everyone and very unique like the floating basket, the flying dress and the swing, the bonfire while watching a movie at the beach is top tier!The place is value for money, a dreamy destination, perfect for a getaway from the city’s hustle and bustle.I could go on and on….but I’m dumbfounded by the aura and tranquil for this unreal paradise.

The location is very nice, nice views arrangement is and also the food. Boat experience excellent but the evening hours are still wanting.After 6pm the place is all boring no music no entertainment of any kind well that was a turnoff. Anyways I don't know whether it's always like this but yesterday after the band people leaving it all bored.The band was amazing.And to the advertising team, they are doing a good job out here on social media. They are definitely an asset to divine.Otherwise it was a nice experience I loved it.

Experience at divine resort is really a warm stay. The place isn’t that cold as you would experience with reception in other natural water dwellings so its friendly to visit with kids. The stuff are well informed and warm with their guests. The pictures are a serve with the views and well catered green. Food is a generous amount and taste.Ensure your enjoy by indulging in activities like boat ride, biking, swimming, and nature walks.One thing, i hope the resort can construct protective structure on the pulpit that receives the boats from Gaba or make access restricted. Its too open for water accidents and i saw kids walking by non protected even tho nothing tragic happened yet.Divine has All my 5 stars ★ ★ ★ ★ ★

The welcome team was so amazing with refreshing juice. The boat ride was smooth. The rooms so clean and scented. The staff so attentive to your request. It was a refreshing experience.Would have loved to have that midnight tea if there was a kettle, cup and sugar in the room.

We had a great moment from the pre-visit information & direction with Christine via the online chat , prompt Boat arrival & ride to and fro the resort, swimming, the lake view, the scenery, the food, the friendly staff and especially the waiters who were always smiley and knowledgeable. We loved it all. Only drawback, the waiters seemed overwhelmed/are few with the client orders and would delay to deliver. Please add more waiters as clients increase.
