• Reservation & Payment: Full payment must be made in advance to confirm your booking. No refunds for cancellations within 24 hours of the event.
• Time Management: Guests are required to adhere to the boat transfer schedule. Late arrivals will need to incur an extra cost.
• Health & Safety: All guests must follow safety instructions for activities, especially water-based experiences. Life jackets are mandatory for boat rides and water activities.
• Respect & Conduct: The resort maintains a high standard of hospitality. Guests are expected to behave respectfully towards staff and fellow guests.
